The Project: From Groundworks to Finished Accommodation

This project involved the construction of a purpose-built rear extension at 83 Grove Lane, Ipswich, forming part of a comprehensive six-bedroom HMO renovation.

The works began with site clearance, excavation and foundation preparation, followed by structural blockwork, brickwork, roofing and the installation of external doors and windows.

Internally, the extension was finished to provide comfortable accommodation featuring a private en-suite bathroom, fitted kitchenette, storage and contemporary interior finishes.

The surrounding outdoor areas were also improved with new paving, fencing and landscaping, creating an attractive setting for the completed extension.

The finished project demonstrates our ability to manage a complete building project, from initial groundwork and structural construction through to interior fitting and final decoration.
